Now that we have gotten a taste of what Brittany experienced on her Paris adventure, let’s here from Connie about their trip to the City of Lights.
On April 5 Brittany and I traveled to Paris France. Once we arrived we took a transfer bus to Disneyland Paris. We stayed at the Newport Bay Resort on the grounds of Disneyland Paris. This resort is comparable to Disney Beach and Yacht Club. It was about a 20-minute walk to the front entrance of the parks. We spent two nights at the resort. The two theme parks had many of the classic Disney rides and some that are not in the other parks. The train was easy to take to the city center in Paris after our stay. We stayed at the Citadines Apart-Hotel in St Germain. This a an apartment / studio style place to stay in Paris. Many of the highlights were easy to walk to from your hotel. I do highly recommend the hop on hop off tour for an easy way to get around the city and seeing the major sites. One day Brittany and I split up I went to see Mont Michel, which has been on my bucket list for a long time. It was so beautiful to see. When I make it back, I want to stay overnight. Many quaint little shops and place to eat. Make sure to check out the views from the ferris wheel when back in the city. The lines were not long and it was a great way to see for miles around the city. Also worth the climb was Montmartre. Beautiful area to grab a coffee and check out local artwork. I will say my favorite part was the Eiffel Tower sparkling at night.
If you are thinking about visiting Paris anytime soon Connie and Brittany have seen and done a lot and are great assets to anyone looking to travel to the French capital. Call us today for more information.
